Phone Consultation

Lab Work + Physical

After the phone conversation, you need to get some basic tests completed so we have a baseline for your program. We will send you a form to take to a local LabCorp and you complete a Health History Questionaire.

After we receive your test results they will be reviewed by one of our Certified Medical Doctors to develop your treatment program; Custom-tailored to fit your lifestyle.

At Home Treatments

This is where you get back to being you. Your new treatment program will inform therapy; from meds, supplements, and injections to suggestions for a healthier lifestyle. On your time. At your place.
